A Cessna Skyhawk C172 (N685DW) performing flight from Lebanon Municipal KLEB to Burlington KBTV picked up ice on the aircraft and wasn't able to take some actions oncontrols over the plane. It was vectored around and taken into the pattern for a safe landing at Burlington.

Another second Skyhawk reported engine troubles, probably due to icing also and was given priority as well.
