Gracie Girl, my 1 year old Labrador retriever and I go exploring the Trillium Basin in the Mt. Hood National Forest. We leave from the Trillium Sno Park just outside of Government Camp, Oregon.

The snow was perfect and we were breaking trail most of the day. We got off the trail and headed down into the woods and came across a tributary to the Salmon River drainage. The powder was deep and Gracie was getting a good workout.

We made our ways back to the normal trail where people snow shoe for ski to Trillium lake. At this point I hook Gracie up using my Non-Stop DogWear leash and harness and try skijoring with here back to the parking lot.

I was using the Fischer S 98 skis with Alpina Alaska Backcountry Boots.

Thanks for watching.
