In this video, I explain risk of cryptos vs. stock market index funds. Why some people may convince themselves that a risky asset is a sure thing when the risk is extremely high.

It is true that one may end up with incredible gains, but it could also be true that one ends up with excessive losses. The implied rate at which this happens is risk. Riskier assets have a great chance of large fluctuations and many people would not let chance be a factor in their future.
