A LIFT Academy Diamond DA40 NG , registration N947L, performing flight
LTA947 from Indianapolis International Airport (KIND) was cleared to line-up
at runway 14 and wait at. After, ATC cleared two airplanes (LTA179 and LTA368)
to land on runway 14. When the LTA179 was about to cross the threshold at
about 800 feet (airport elevation is 797 feet), LTA947 informed the Tower that
they were still on the runway. ATC instructed approaching airplanes to go
around and LTA947 to vacate the runway.
