Today we replaced AHI Air regulator and Air Dryer Filter ourselves.

Volvo Dealer labor price went up and wanted $178/hr on labor.

So since this was an easy fix, we decided to replace the parts ourselves during this July 4th long weekend that we are not on the road.

Tomorrow we will be replacing the AHI Module. Hopefully we won't need to change the 7th injector because the check engine light came on and also needed to do regen. We tried to force regen 4 times to clear the check engine light, it failed to do so. We tried to clear the issue codes on the dash. All cleared but the check engine light. Code indicates AHI module issue. Usually when this happens you can't do force regen without fixing the problem. Follow my next video on how to replace AHI Module.
