Watch the crew at Ida Automotive and Preston Tucker LLC perform an initial dyno test of Tucker #1034! Tucker #1034 is the 34th of the 51 Tuckers produced in 1948 by Preston Tucker. It was powered by a horizontally opposed Franklin flat six cylinder engine manufactured by Air Cooled Motors (although it was water cooled). Mike and Sean Tucker, Preston Tucker's great grandson's, are featured in the video along with Rob and Bob Ida from Ida Automotive. Bob's father was an original Tucker dealer back in 1948 and more than 70 years later this team is back together living out their family's legacies!
