If you have a Hornby Legacy Dongle & an Xpressnet Controller like the Hornby Elite or Select, then you can re-introduce the TXS Double Decoder Class 43 back into your Engine Shed (after you've added it in first, as I have in this video) and just as I did with my OO Gauge Non Bluetooth DCC Class 43 with double decoders in through the Legacy Dongle in videos.
