Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching!!! Today, we have a slight miscommunication which places Ethan and a driver in a very dangerous situation. We were called by the customer to tow just the truck from a safe parking lot. I sent Ethan in our Peterbilt 337 with a Miller Industries, Century 4024, towing and recovery unit, to tow the truck to a local dealership. However, Ethan couldn't find the truck at the WalMart parking lot where it was supposed to be. Instead, Ethan found the driver still hooked to a trailer and on a dangerous section of a busy highway. I contact the customer and advise them of the situation, then I take our flagship, Peterbilt 389X with a Century 1150R Rotator heavy towing and recovery unit to assist Ethan with traffic control and ultimately end up performing what we call a "split-tow".
