I finally did it! This week I took my camper home for the first time. Loading the camper took a lot more work than I planned, but finally cleaning the camper was so satisfying. After a long build, I am excited for this next step toward taking my first solo trip in the camper!

As a solo female camper and hiker (with my dog Ellis), I thrive in nature whether we are exploring a new trail or just sipping coffee by the campfire. I have a traveled to many beautiful places over the last few years, and I have loved every second of it. We have tried out a couple different rigs in that time, including a pull-behind travel trailer and even a no-build, self-converted van. Neither of those rigs felt just right, so I went on the hunt for our perfect adventure home. Enter our truck camper! The camper is a 2002 Lance 815, and I know it is going to take us some spectacular places! But first, it needs some renovations (on a budget). Follow along as I remodel our truck camper. Thank you for being here!
