The Sole ST90 is a motorized slat belt treadmill. This unique belt design makes the ST90 cushioned and challenging to train on. To make the treadmill safer, Sole has included a guard at the rear of the deck to block objects from being pulled under by the gaps in the slats. The belt also has a safety feature that pauses the belt when you step off of the treadmill.

A maximum speed of 12 miles per hour, a large 20” x 60” running surface, and a 2.0 HP AC motor make the ST90 a great treadmill for runners as well as walkers. The Sole ST90 has 15 incline levels, but the treadmill does not decline. The ST90 also has a “free mode” or manual training mode. This disengages the treadmill’s motor and allows the user to turn the belt manually. While in this mode, the incline is limited to incline level 8 for safety. When in free mode, a higher incline makes the belt easier to move.

The Sole ST90 has a 15.6-inch touchscreen display. This display gives the user access to the onboard training programs, built-in apps, and other smart features. No subscription is required to access this content, though the apps may require their own subscription. Many of these apps are for services you likely already have, like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and more. YouTube provides a great free video entertainment service for the Sole ST90. If this content isn’t enough, there’s also a screen mirroring feature that casts any content you want from your Apple or Android phone.

The Sole ST90 is a non-folding treadmill and will require a dedicated space in your home. The ST90 weighs 326 lbs and can support a user weight of up to 400 lbs. The footprint is 82.5” x 38” x 66”.
