AirPods Max is the newest product addition to the Apple family. These over-ear headphones are a first from Apple (excluding Beats). Can they pull off selling headphones for $550? With the Sony WH-1000XM4 and Bose NC 700 priced around half of Apple's pricey headphones, is it worth the extra cash? I currently use the Bose NC 700 and I'll be making comparisons to it throughout the video. I got these in Sky Blue which I think is the best color for these headphones :)

The case that comes with the AirPods Max... it's something else. Who designed this... an intern? Another problem is the volume control dial. Poorly designed and does not feel very intuitive.

Build quality on these I have to admit is top-notch. Better than any headphones I've encountered. But that build quality makes the headphones feel very heavy. I believe that these will be uncomfortable after a few hours of use.

Sound quality and noise-cancelling are good but no better than Sony or Bose. Ultimately, these headphones are for flexing. I believe Bose and Sony offer more competitive products, but Apple has brand recognition. You will stand out from the crowd with these headphones because they look they're from outer space.
