when I was a very young preteen I remember my dad making this for us at Christmas time. it's such a basic recipe, but you can still have problems if you're not careful, but well worth it. ingredients:
1/2 cup 105 grams of mashed potatoes (Russet)
1/2 cup 115 grams of softened butter
6-7 cups 800-910 grams powdered sugar
2 teaspoons 8 grams of vanilla (I didn't use it)
creamy peanut butter of you choice.
