Things You'll Need:
Mini Pecan pie cookies
Sugar cookie
1 ¼ cup +2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ egg, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon vanilla

Pecan Filling
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Decoration
Mini cupcake tray
2 ¼-inch circle cookie cutter
