This piece of music is from a collection of tracks that are played over the menus of the season five DVD.

This track is played over the main menu of the season five DVD (for some reason, they added the sounds of Emma's bug driving along over the track, which I unfortunately couldn't remove), and is played in the actual show in 5x01 ("The Dark Swan") as Emma talks to the ghost of Rumple in her head after coming out of the vault of the Dark One. The track is used again under similar circumstances in 5x10 ("Broken Heart"), this time as Hook talks to Rumple after coming out of the vault. The track also opens 5x18 ("Ruby Slippers") and plays as the gang talk about Ruby and how she got to the Underworld at the beginning of the episode.
