at 28:00 there are 2 differences in making an actual ETH token as opposed to a ropsten test net token. You would use a real ETH wallet on myetherwallet as stated in the video AND also use the Etherscan.io to verify and publish the contract as opposed to the ropsten etherscan. otherwise the process is exactly the same.
