Polihale Beach is located at the southwestern corner of Kaua'i. If you are looking north you will see the steep and rugged Nā Pali coast line. The beach is long and sandy with sand dunes up to a 100 feet tall. It is a spectacular place to say the least. It is one of the best places to watch the sunset on island. The ocean is normally wild with strong currents so swimming is not recommended.
