Frisch gefräste Metallteile haben für Vision-Systeme verschiedene Herausforderungen, vor allem den hohen Glanz durch blanke und meist ölige Oberflächen. In dieser industriellen Anwendung zeigen wir, wie mithilfe einer mobilen Kamera aus unserer C-Serie diese Herausforderungen dennoch gemeistert werden. Unser MIKADO Bin Picking System ist in Soft- und Hardware optimiert um genau solche Einsätze industrietauglich in bis zu 3 Schichten zu ermöglichen. Die Kombination mit einem UR Cobot macht die Inbetriebnahme besonders einfach.

Kisten mit Frästeilen werden so vollautomatisch entleert und die Teile lagerichtig einem Folgeprozess zugeführt. Das wertvolle Personal wird damit von monotonen Aufgaben entlastet und kann für profitablere Aufgaben eingesetzt werden.

Freshly milled metal parts pose various challenges for vision systems, especially the high gloss due to bare and usually oily surfaces. In this industrial application we show how a mobile camera from our C-Series can be used to master these challenges. Our MIKADO Bin Picking System is optimized in software and hardware to enable exactly such industrial applications in up to 3 shifts. The combination with a UR Cobot makes commissioning very easy.

Boxes with milled parts are emptied fully automatically and the parts are fed to a subsequent process in the correct position. This relieves valuable staff of monotonous tasks and allows them to be used for more profitable tasks.
