Today we have a Sega Master System (the 1st version) that was purchased faulty on eBay. The fault is there is no display on the TV when using an AV cable. What could be the cause and can it be fixed? Let's find out.

The Sega Master System was the console Sega launched to pit against Nintendo's NES system in Japan, America, Europe, Australia, and other regions. It wasn't the original console that went up against the Nintendo Famicom; that honor went to the SG 1000, however, its weak abilities meant Sega needed something bigger, something better. The Master System was meant to be that console, and although technically superior in many ways, it was late to the market in most regions. However, Europe, Brazil, and Australia were regions where the console succeeded, and succeeded well. This video explores the early years of Sega Enterprises, through the 70s, 80s, 90s, and even present day where the Master System still enjoys a continued audience courtesy of TecToy.
