Our beautiful golden A2/A2 pure ghee comes from a herd of pastured cows in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The entire herd has been certified A2/A2 through genetic testing. Just from the golden color alone, you can tell this ghee is special! The ghee is very nutrient dense, rich and creamy with a light caramelized, nutty flavor. Our ghee is heated and reduced until all the milk solids separate, then the casein and lactose solids are filtered out; we filter five times! The result is good, healthy, pure, flavorful ghee!
