The investigation drags on into the early months of 2002. After exhausting all possibilities, the NTSB comes out with a startling conclusion. After digging into the past of the crew members, the NTSB says the “probable cause” was a deliberate act. The co-pilot flew the 767 into the ocean on purpose!
