Democracy, Social Media, and Free Expression

The social media allows unprecedented levels of connectivity, but also poses profound challenges to politics and society. Like other countries, Brazil has experienced these challenges in its democratic processes. Justice Barroso presented his views on these challenges and how electoral institutions can respond.
