As Twitch grows as a platform it faces many problems such as harassment or scams. However there are two particular problems that some streamers are facing now, simps and stalkers. Simps (or creepy/weird fans) usually watch primarily female streamers and donate to them for a chance to get into a relationship, despite the streamer not knowing them at all (usually called a "Parascoial Relationship"). Stalking on the other hand, is a scary problem that the local law enforcement usually don't take serious enough...
