As promised here is our family favorite homemade pizza crust recipe:
Ingredients:
2.25 tsp. active dry yeast
0.5 tsp. brown sugar
1.5 cups warm water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
3.33 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
0.5 tsp. onion powder
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In large bowl, dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in the water, let sit for 10 min. Stir salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese and oil in the yeast solution. Mix in 2.5 cups of flour. Turn dough out onto a clean, well floured surface, and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer stick. Place the dough into a well oiled bowl, and cover with cloth. Let dough rise until double, should take about 1 hour. Punch down dough, and form a tight ball. Allow the dough to relax for 2 min. before rolling out.
