Documentary about the highs and lows of life on the children's wards of the Portsmouth's hospitals. In Out Patients, Edward becomes ill very quickly and Mum Claire needs to get help. For new mum Mary-Jane the pressure of Neo Natal's Intensive Care Unit seems to be taking it's toll as Joseph makes progress, Samuel just can't seem to find the strength to respond. And in the Children's Wards - where the safety of children is paramount - violence and aggression becomes an intolerable visitor.
