In this video, I tried fasting for Ramadan for the first time in 2021. Ramadan is a month of sacrifice and prayer, where Muslims fast from sunrise until sunset.

I have not seen any Malaysian non-muslim teens attempt to fast for Ramadan, so be sure to share this video with your friends to encourage them to participate in this wonderful culture.

Malaysia is a beautiful country and a melting pot of cultures, therefore growing up with Muslim friends and seeing them fast during exams was really inspiring. I can’t imagine how difficult that might be.
