Poetry at The Dalí is an ongoing series hosted by former poet laureate of St. Petersburg, Helen Pruitt Wallace. Occurring on the second Thursday of each month, each evening will feature Wallace joined by selected poets. Following the reading, there will be a Q&A with the poets.

Taneum Bambrick is the author of Intimacies, Received (Copper Canyon Press) and Vantage, which won the 2019 American Poetry Review / Honickman First Book Award. A 2020 Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, she is currently a Dornsife Fellow at the University of Southern California. Her work appears in The New Yorker, The Nation, Poetry and elsewhere. She lives in Los Angeles.


Arden Levine is the author of Ladies’ Abecedary (Harbor Editions), included in CLMP’s 2022 Reading List for Women’s History Month. Her writing appears in American Life in Poetry, Harvard Review, The Missouri Review’s Poem-of-the-Week, Poetry Society of America’s Song Cycle series, WNYC’s Radiolab, and elsewhere. A New York City municipal employee, Arden’s daily work focuses on housing affordability, homelessness prevention, and equitable community development.
