When Lil Yachty announced the final dates for his “Field Trip Tour” in September, it felt like the cherry on top to an already incredible year. The 25-year-old Atlanta artist's impact has become impossible to ignore stemming from his alt-rock masterpiece 'Let’s Start Here.' With a trove of features and curation on albums for Drake (a collab album could also be on the way), a slew of Lyrical Lemonade visuals, festival slots at Lollapalooza and Rolling Loud, among other major wins, Boat has refused to let up — proving his worth as a generational creative.
