1. Before going to interview, go through the company website. Look at their future goals and plans. You will be able to talk at least for 5 minutes, you will be particular about the position you applied for. Remember the interviewer name and the designation, collect information about the company policies , procedures and work culture. Look at the annual report of the company, gather information as much as possible.

2. List out the questions that you could ask the interviewer about their company. Actively participate in the interview gives you good impression and level of interest. Don't ask silly questions in the interview.

3. Ask the questions that will reflect your interest in the company like "what are the future plans in next couple of years. Ask about your future growth about you in the company, it shows how interest you are. Interviewer may tell about the project you are going to work on and what domain it is, tools that are going to you, etc.,

4. If you have a friend who is also preparing for the interview it's better to prepare both together. Discuss about the subject, share your thoughts to your friend. Practice will give confidence, maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Be sure about what you are speaking in the interview, with proper speed of answering the question.Get feedback from your peers.

5. If you think their feedback is not up to the mark, it's something to consider, we don't know how the interviewer thinks. The interviewer may share some of the same concerns.Knowing the answers to the interviewer asks is the mandatory thing. If you stumble and fumble for the answers the interviewer may know that you don't know the answers for it.

6. Except questions from the interviewer. It is best to prepare a variety of questions, like your long term plans, your future goals, career goals, past success and work strength. Your strength and weakness you have to be honest while answering these questions. If you don't know the answer but you will find out solution for it.
