Below are the ingredients for the recipes I shared in the video:

1/2 head of roasted garlic
1/2 cup caramelized onion
1 TBS parsley
1 TBS basil

3 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS nooch
salt and pepper
Fresh chives

Pumpkin Cheese Ball
1 cup soaked cashews
1 cup soaked macadamias
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup pumpkin
2 tsp miso
1 tsp tomato paste
