The Battle of the Bulge would see many desperate battles fought, and none more so than the actons of the 30th Infantry Division against Kampfgruppe Peiper at Stoumont on the 19th Decemebr 1944.

The battle was swift and hard, and would lead to the surrender of the American forces at stoumont but also the limit of Peipers advance west.

In this episode of WW2 Wayfinder, I will tour you through the Belgium village of Stoumont, looking at the fighting that took place during the Battle of the Bulge, the surrender of the US soliders and the eventual fightback.
