An outing on May 22, 2022 to see the Pennsylvanian with private cars Babbling Brook and Swift Stream got interesting when the train made an unexpected emergency stop right in front of me at the Tacony station. This gave me a good chance to check out these shiny 1949 Budd sleeper/lounges on their way back from a jaunt to Pittsburgh. I also recorded the radio chatter, and it sounds like they had a penalty brake application happening and they had to get clearance for the adjacent track one for the conductor to check on things,
