I have bought many properties from real estate wholesalers and many of them have been great deals but many have been absolute nightmares. There are many differences between buying a house using agents from the MLS and buying wholesale deals. The contracts are different, the title companies are often different, the inspection and loan process is different. Even the closing costs and the viewing the properties is much different. The really tricky part is you may not have any idea if the wholesaler knows what they are doing or not.

Even as an experienced real estate broker I have had some horrbile expeirnces with wholesalers. Hopefully this video will help you avoid some mistakes or disasters!
