What Hogwarts House do your Disney favorites belong in? Today, we’ll be taking a look at ten animated Disney characters and trying to decide, do they belong in Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, or Ravenclaw? And what might their life even look like if they had the chance to study alongside Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger? The sisters from Frozen are sorted into houses that may actually surprise you. Ariel from The Little Mermaid is set to receive a live action remake starring Halle Bailey, but here we’re imagining how much she’d love Muggle Studies while studying at Hogwarts. Belle from Beauty and the Beast shows a surprising amount of similarities to Hermione, which may just go to show that there was a reason Emma Watson was chosen for the role in her live action remake. Several of the Disney princesses would probably do well playing Quidditch, between Jasmine from Aladdin playing as either a Chaser or Keeper, while Rapunzel from Tangled would definitely have to play a Beater! Have you seen her swing that frying pan? Rapunzel would also probably excel at Care of Magical Creatures and get along great with Newt Scamander of the Fantastic Beasts franchise. Merida from Brave is the only character on this list who’s been brought over from Pixar, but we can see that she’d share a lot of similarities to the Boy Who Lived, although we can’t imagine Daniel Radcliffe with quite so much hair! Tiana from the Princess and the Frog would have a great time while in Potions class, but maybe not so much during Transfigurations.
