Electrical problems? How to replace the TIPM totally integrated powertrain control module (pcm) & fuse block for Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep on this 2009-2010 Grand Caravan (town & country, fiat Freemont, Mitsubishi ASX outlander sport, vw Tiguan)

Car won’t start or doesn’t shut off. Power windows don’t work, drains battery, ABS ESP dash warning indicator lights. Keeps running, PRND gear indicator not showing or fuel pump internal relay problems.
