The 2014 Hyundai Equus is powered by a 5.0 liter V-8 gasoline direct injection engine that makes 429 horsepower and 376 lb-ft. of torque. The transmission is an 8-speed automatic. Fuel economy figures are not that great since this is a big heavy car with a large displacement V-8. The numbers are 15 MPG in the city and 23 MPG on the highway.

The Equus is an executive transport that is as nice to drive and it is to be driven around. The rear-view backup camera and multi-view cameras are fantastic.
