A memorable trip from Naran Kaghan Valley to Gilgit City
This Urdu travel documentary features our journey from Kaghan Valley to Gilgit City in Northern Areas of Pakistan, Gilgit Baltistan.

We start our journey in Balakot and go through some scenic landscapes of Kaghan Valley. On the way we visit Naran city, do rafting in Kunhar river and then witness the natural beauty of Jalkhad/ Jalkhand. We stay overnight in Jalkhad and then start our journey again the next day and visit places such as Lulusar Lake and Babusar Top. From Babusar Top, we go towards Chilas and drive on Karakoram Highway. Mighty Indus river, Sindh river, flows along the Karakoram Highway. We shortylu stop in Jaglot and then finally we reach Gilgit City where we stay overnight.

1. Balakot City
Balakot (Urdu: بالاکوٹ‎) is a town in Mansehra District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.

2. Kaghan Valley
The Kaghan Valley is an alpine valley located in the Mansehra District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The valley covers a distance of 155 kilometres across northern Pakistan, rising from its lowest elevation of 650 m to its highest point at the Babusar Pass around 4,170 m.

3. Naran City
Naran is a medium-sized town in upper Kaghan Valley in Mansehra District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located 119 kilometers from Mansehra city at the altitude of 2,409 meters.It is located about 65 kilometers away from Babusar Top.

7. Babusar Top
Babusar Pass or Babusar Top is a mountain pass in Pakistan at the north of the 150 km long Kaghan Valley, connecting it via the Thak Nala with Chilas on the Karakoram Highway. It is the highest point in the Babusar Valley that can be easily accessed by cars.

8. Chilas
Chilas is a city and is the divisional capital of Diamer District located in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, on the Indus River.

9. Karakoram Highway
The Karakoram Highway is a 1,300 km national highway which extends from Hasan Abdal in the Punjab province of Pakistan to the Khunjerab Pass in Gilgit-Baltistan, where it crosses into China and becomes China National Highway 314.

10. Indus River
The Indus River is one of the main rivers of the Indo-Gangetic Plain in the Indian subcontinent. It flows through China, India, and Pakistan.

11. Jaglot
Juglot or Jaglot is a city in Gilgit District, Pakistan, and is situated 45 km south east of Gilgit on the Karakoram Highway.

Gilgit is the capital city of Gilgit–Baltistan, a territory comprising the northern region of Pakistani–administered Kashmir. The city is located in a broad valley near the confluence of the Gilgit River and Hunza River.
