INGREDIENTS
Bread flour 400g (700ml)
Water 280g (300ml)
Salt 1/2Tsp
Instant yeast 1Tsp (3g)
Olive oil

☘* Calculated in grams, the ratio of flour to water is 1: 0.7.
☘*Proofing basket for bread 450g. Dimensions: length 24cm, width 14cm, height 7.5cm.
☘*Preheated oven 450°F / 232°C. Bake 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes,change to 400°F (200°C). Bake 15 minutes.
