Carrie Underwood brought a gospel medley Sunday night at the 2021 Academy of Country Music Awards, which aired on CBS. Accompanied by a choir, the country star gave everyone chills with the opening notes of ‘Amazing Grace,’ and closed out with ‘How Great Thou Art.’ She was also joined onstage by CeCe Winans for duet performances of ‘Great Is Thy Faithfulness’ and ‘The Old Rugged Cross.’ Underwood was nominated for Video of the Year for ‘Hallelujah,’ her duet with John Legend. Last year, Underwood became the first woman to win Entertainer of the Year three times. She was previously tied for the record with Taylor Swift.
