Hey guys, this is my at home workout routine. It’s very new and the most challenging workout I’ve EVER done! I love it!

This is a series of exercises from “Ballet Beautiful” by Mary Helen Bowers (she trained Natalie Portman in “Black Swan”.)

It’s a mixture of inner thigh, outer thigh, abs and hip exercises that I’ve been doing a few times a week. I do whatever feels best that day.

I honestly don’t work out a lot (and when I do, it’s 9/10 at home), i usually stick to healthy meals and yoga, but I do want to get better at having a consistent weekly routine.

If you want something intense and fast, give this is a try. And of course, consult a doctor/ trained professional before attempting any new exercise routines.
