Good morning! Welcome to this presentation of #InvestGlass for lead management.

I will break this presentation down into four highlights. The first will be the acquisition of new leads and the automation of welcome messages. The second moment will be the processing of leads in a simple and effective dashboard. Then in a third step, we will look at lead tracking. And finally, the reporting and collection of documents.

Our solution has a form editor. This form can be added to your showcase site. Thus the responses collected will be directly added to your CRM. No line of code is needed. You have the choice of format and point the answer to the correct #CRM field.

It is also possible to create your own leads on the fly or to feed our database with leads from sites other than ours via an #api.

You can create the fields you want to see but above all control who sees what. Visibility management is done according to visibility tags, regionalization by group, and restriction of editing and visibility by role.


#Lead classification is done through the platform's #automation system. This automatically sorts based on the topic your leads are interested in. This also distributes the workload across your teams. Operators can view leads in fully editable lists. It is then possible to send an e-mail automatically or to let the operators manually send an e-mail according to the opportunities presented to them. The solution connects to your email server. Pre-built emails or SMS allow you to standardize communication with your leads. You can also choose to send emails at specific times during the week and thus contact your leads at the best time.

On the left, the #dashboard allows you to follow the processing of leads. Color labels indicate to operators the urgency of processing a new lead. On the right you will find the options available, such as setting a desired time for the management of this new lead, determining the commercial value and the probability of conversion of this interaction. Finally, force the operator to write an activity report.


Your collaborators can carry out searches to find a particular contact and filter the lists. All fields are filterable. InvestGlass is a flexible CRM where you can create any field. This table can also be exported in a CSV format. Your collaborators can then create specific tasks. From this page, your collaborator will easily determine the processing importance of this new task. They can assign these tasks to another colleague or to a group of colleagues and set reminders in their calendars. You can use the InvestGlass calendar and also connect InvestGlass to third-party calendars like #Google or #Outlook. They will also be able to attach documents such as identity documents or account opening documents. A powerful reporting tool finally makes it possible to visualize the effectiveness of these processes. This will allow you to continuously improve your processes.
