Hi! In this video, I'll show you how I built my own DIY VU meter.
I found an affordable kit on Aliexpress so I decided to build it myself.
Since micro USB isn't cool anymore, and DC jacks just don't make sense, I went with Power Delivery for the power supply. A simple USB PD trigger board was used and it worked really good. The unit can be switched on and off and, on the back, it has 2 sets of RCA jacks.
To hold everything together, I made a custom 3D-printed enclosure.
