The lyrics are composed of bits from the Faroese text “Loka Táttur” (sung rather with a more distinctly Norse pronunciation) and the “Völuspá”, with some words in Old Norse placed in-between. I left the lines in Faroese without any transcription into Futhark, as it wouldn’t make sense to have one, while the bits in Old Norse have their own.
In the lines where several types of ships are listed, plural and singular are mixed up without any logic, and the word “knörir” doesn’t exist: the plural form of “knǫrr” should be “knerrir” (although in Faroese the plural form is in fact “knørrir”). Straumfjord and Wonderstrands are two locations in Vinland, the Canadian region discovered by Vikings.
Sea-Kings were mighty pirate chieftains, who were often left without any property on the mainland.

I know a transcription in runes of such a text doesn’t really have any reason to be, if not as a treat, but yeah…that’s just what it is, bear with me.

Any suggestion and/or observation is warmly welcome.
