Hello and welcome on my channel!
Today I’ll show you how to make a polymer clay sea journal. This was a custom order for a girl who loves the sea, waves, purple colour and horizons, so the main idea was to make a sunset (with some pretty graduate colours), sea with waves and a tree on the foreground to add some dynamism to the picture.
The customer was happy with the result!
Hope you’ll enjoy this video 😊

Materials used in this project:
- translucent polymer clay to make the sea (white will work perfectly and avoid to put white acrylic paint on the foam)
- yellow, blue and purple clay for the sky
- green, gray and brown clay for the grass, stones and the tree
I only used Cernit for this journal. Of course, you can choose different colours and different brand!
- sculpting tools (needles, cutters, dotting tools, rubber shaper, brushes...)
- alcohol inks, dry pastels (I use them on the UNBAKED clay, but acrylic paint can also be used on a baked clay)
- journal or sketchbook with hard cover
- strong glue (try it on a baked piece of clay and box/old journal cover)
