Here it is, the trip report! I flew from Phoenix-Mesa, AZ to Santa Maria, CA. Overall, it was an awesome trip. I filmed the beep before announcements a lot in this video. You can hear that beep going off many times before announcements come on. As you can see, the baggage claim at Santa Maria public airport does not have a sound before starting up.
