One year ago I took my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado RST into the dealership for an issue I was having. A couple of weeks later I noticed something missing under the hood and it was one of my electrical covers. After multiple attempts to get the part that the dealership lost, I finally got the part. It only took a year for the dealership to order the part and get it shipped to them. While filming the video I discover something about the part that was ordered.
