超下饭榨菜蒸鸡,口感脆嫩,风味突出
一道简单又开胃的菜肴,很下饭哦!
(内附加两道简单的菜肴,炒黄瓜,紫菜汤)

材料:Ingredients:
150克 榨菜 - 150g Preserved Vegetables
五粒 豆腐卜 - 5pcs Tofu Pok
2个 鸡腿 - 2 chicken drumsticks
1汤匙 蒜米 - 1 tbsp Garlic
1条 红辣椒 - 1 pcs Red Chili
少许 葱 - Dash of Spring Onion
少许 姜丝 - Dash of Shredded Ginger
⅛ 汤匙 盐 - ⅛ tbsp Salt
少许 胡椒粉 - Dash of White Pepper
1汤匙 酱油 - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1汤匙 食用油 - 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1茶匙 薯粉 - 1 tsp Tapioca Flour
½ 茶匙 糖 - ½ tsp Sugar

第二道菜:炒黄瓜 - Fried cucumber
材料:Ingredients:
一条黄瓜 - 1 cucumber
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许 蒜末 - dash of minced garlic
少许鱼饼 - dash of Fish cake
一条 红辣椒 - 1 red chili
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 玉米粉 - dash of corn flour
少许盐 - dash of salt
½ 茶匙 糖 - ½ tsp Sugar

第三道菜 :紫菜汤 - Chinese Seaweed Soup
少许 紫菜 - dash of Seaweed
3汤匙 油 - 3 tbsp Oil
1~2 汤匙 姜丝 - 1~2 tbsp Shredded ginger
半汤匙 蒜末 - ½ tsp minced garlic
1粒 鸡蛋 - 1 eggs
800~1000毫升 温水 - 800ml~1000 Warm water
12~15粒 鱼丸- 12~15 pcs Fish Ball
1粒 咸鸭蛋 - 1 pcs salted duck eggs
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 芫茜 / 香菜 - dash of coriander / Chinese parsley
