This recording is different from my normal affirmations. Instead of clearly hearing the statements and repeating them back to yourself, this one is meant to be played while you sleep or played in the background while you do other things - morning, noon, or night. You’ll still be able to hear the affirmations, but they are purposely at a much lower volume with more reverb added. The idea behind subliminal affirmations is that they seep into your subconscious mind without you even realizing it - yet you still get all the benefits on a deeper level.
