The tract is gently rolling with elevation ranging from an approximate low of 410’ ASL to an approximate high of 510’ ASL. This approximate 100 feet of elevation change offers a variety of terrain throughout the property that made construction of multiple lakes possible. The property is open to wooded with a mixture of improved pastures, dense blocks of mature native timber and a small area of recently planted pine that will improve seclusion and privacy as it grows. While the bulk of the property is upland area, it is noted that there is a small area in the northern extreme of the property located below the main lake that is located within the flood zone.

Water Features: The primary feature of the property is a large, reservoir style lake that is estimated to be in the range of 15 – 16 acres at full capacity.
