Andy Redmer loved the video game Counter Strike, and in 2015 he founded Elemental Knives - taking his passion for the game and turning it into a multimillion dollar business.

This story is a great lesson in stoking the passion you have for your business and not letting that flame go out... As soon as Andy was burnt out, the business declined. Since coming back to his passion, Andy has bought the business back and is in the middle of a great turnaround process.
