πŸ’° Master Market Bottoms: V, W, Rounding Patterns! 3 types of Market Bottom Patterns. Is that a swing trade or a day trade? It applies for both.and these are common patterns.

πŸ’‘ Decode Market Bottoms: V, W, and Rounding Strategies Unveiled!
The V - the market is sliding and then rips to the upside. Here you are looking for some sign of exhaustion to find a clue for a low.
The W - double bottom but it can also be a triple bottom. You have various way of trading this and I'll explain in this video.
The Rounding Bottom - this is one I'm not that fond about as its quite tricky to trade.

For the V-shaped bottom, traders can look for signs of exhaustion followed by a bounce, or wait for a pullback after strength is observed. This pattern offers potential for both swing and day trading.
The W-shaped bottom indicates a double or multiple bottom formation. Traders can enter after a breakout through the low, a retest, or a breakout through the recent high after a second test. However, entering late may be a drawback.
The rounding bottom pattern involves a gradual decrease in volume followed by a slow pickup. It can be challenging to find a good entry point, but waiting for a pullback or a positive catalyst can offer opportunities.
Variations of these patterns exist, such as the W pattern forming with different lows and highs. Despite variations, these patterns provide useful themes for trading.
